JetMedia Return and Replacement Policy
Dear customers,
At JetMedia you have 15 days to return your item(s) purchased from our official agents or websites for a refund or exchange. We only provide one-time return and exchange service. Please do not return any item withut notifying our agents or service personnel. If the return item does not meet the return policy terms, the company remains the right to refuse to refund the purchaser.
Returns and Replacements
Requesting a refund or replacement
1. You can apply for returns or replacements within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the product is purchased from an official agent, please contact the agent first to provide the serial number of the product for the original manufacture to check. If purchased on an online e-commerce platform, please provide the order number, there will be customer service staff for consultation.
2. Please keep the product intact and make sure the returned item should be in its original packaging along with any accessory, invoice and gifts related to the item you want to return.
For example, if you purchase a set of [PRO118 + NGFF], which includes 1 PRO118 duplicator, 2 NGFF adapters, 1 power supply, 2 anti-static pads, 1 manual, and 2 dedicated SATA extension cables, you should ship back a total of 6 items along with the invoice.
3. If you have any questions during the application process, please write to us or call the customer service staff. After communication and confirmation, we will proceed with the return and exchange process.
4. The refund or replacement will be processed within 15 working days (excluding holidays) after confirming the receipt of the returned item.
5. The returned item shall not be disassembled, and the warranty card, serial number sticker, and anti-counterfeiting sticker should be kept intact.
Not Eligible for Returns & Replacements
The following shall not be applicable for return, replacement and refund.
*When exceeding the 15-day return period, the Company has the right to refuse the return and replacement application.
(A) The Company has the right to refuse the return application if the problems caused by poor compatibility of the media of the customer.
(B) For international orders, the Company will only accept returns for defective items.
(C) If the returned item is damaged due to packaging defects during the return process, the Company will refuse to accept the return.
(D) Vouchers used at the time of purchase will be refunded when the return is completed.
(E) If the product you purchased is a combination set, part of the product in the combination will not be returned, but if it is a defective product, it will be replaced with the same model.

*For a replacement of a defective item, round-trip shipping will be fully borne by us.
*For an exchange of a non-defective item, round-trip shipping will be borne by the purchaser.
*For a return of a non-defective item, round-trip shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
2.Forpurchases made at the original price or at a discounted price, a refund will be made to your credit card or designated account at the time of purchase after deducting the shipping fee in accordance with the above rule.
3. International Shipping Fees
*For a replacement of a defective item, round-trip shipping will be fully borne by us.
*For an exchange of a non-defective item, the purchaser shall be responsible for the round-trip shipping and taxes incurred for the new product.
*For a return of a non-defectiitem, round-trip shipping, related taxes and miscellaneous charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. After the receipt of the returned item, the Returns Department will check the condition of the product. If there is no problem, the payment will be returned within 14 working days.
3. For overseas customers, the goods must be received and checked by the Returns Department first. If there is no problem, the refund will be made to your designated account within 14 working days as mentioned above.

*The current electronic invoices issued upon a request for a return will be automatically invalidated.
